Cleveland Heights Tour de Coop
1-3pm and 3-5pm
Free
On Saturday, June 15, members of the recently launched Cleveland Heights Chicken Keepers group will hold the first annual Cleveland Heights Tour de Coop. About 10 households are participating on the tour, opening up their yards and chicken coops to other chicken keepers and the just-plain chicken-curious. In addition to showing off their hens and coops, participants at each stop will discuss various aspects of keeping chickens and answer general questions. The tour is split into two times frames, with half the coops open from 1 to 3 p.m. and the other half open from 3 to 5 p.m. Although there is no particular order, two homes are designated as "first stops" for each tour group and will have a supply of maps for the rest of the homes in that group. For more information please visit http://heights-chickeneers.com
